#mentalhealthmatters #ChoosetoChallenge #mentalhealthawarenessmonth
Mental health is a conversation that is gaining more momentum around the word as we recognize the importance of embracing those who have struggles, increasing awareness and understanding, and removing stigmas, biases, and taboos that exist around mental health. Together it is possible that we can shift the narrative and create conditions in our families and communities where individuals can heal and have the tools they need to safely manage their mental well-being.

Gricelidis Bosse’s journey has been filled with remarkable experiences, personal growth, and formidable challenges as an empath. Despite the obstacles she faced, this single parent managed to obtain a Marketing degree, achieve career success, actively engage in the community, and discover the love of her life.
A decade and a half ago, she made the decision to relocate to Canada. Since then, she has chosen a secluded path, prioritizing her family and focusing on raising their children. Determined to shield them from toxic environments, she deliberately opted out of social media to maintain their privacy.
In 2018, grappling with overwhelming depression and anxiety, she sought help through brief therapy. During this time, she gained valuable insights into narcissism and the importance of setting boundaries.
The years 2020 and 2021 brought further therapy sessions, leading to a diagnosis of complex post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Committed to her healing journey, she persevered through the challenges and began to experience a renewed sense of well-being.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep passion for teaching, she is currently building her own business and expanding her reach through a podcast and a YouTube channel dedicated to anxiety management. Guided by love, dedication, and a strong belief in equality, fairness, and justice, she strives to make a positive impact on the world. Through her endeavors, she aims to empower others and foster holistic well-being for individuals and the environment.

Choose to Challenge - Priorities & Values - Tips to Create Alignment and Increase Income
[Choose to Challenge airs each Monday on www.e360TV.com
at 6PM EST and streams on AppleTV, SamsungTV, ROKU and Facebook.]
April is Financial Literacy Month. There is so much information about budgeting, saving, investing, and building generational wealth that it can be a bit overwhelming. Whether in your personal life or businesses, our goal is to improve our financial literacy and application to increase our influence, impact, and income. It is imperative that we stand up and be the captain of our financial ship.
During this Choose to Challenge episode, we will review business tips that we may not regard when we think about Financial Literacy and increasing our bottom line.
Values and priorities are critical cornerstones to building frameworks, processes, systems, and relationships.
However, how often do we check to see if they align with each other and our long-term vision? Do they align with what we do each day, how we operate our business, and with whom we engage? Have we compromised in any area, and now are feeling the weight of fiscal compromise and frustration?
Tune in at 6PM EST for a time of reflection and exploration. Your discovery and personal answers may surprise you.

Choose to Challenge | How Do You Rate Your Business? Struggling, Surviving, or Thriving?
On Monday, June 6, 2022, at 6PM, tune into another edition of Choose to Challenge with LaWanna Bradford. Now that we are mid-year, what thoughts do you have about your business? It is not unusual for small businesses owners to feel the pressure of goals not being. It is those times of uncertainty that many begin to second guess the initial plans made for the year. Are you struggling, surviving, or thriving? What do these phases look like, and how can entrepreneurs begin to challenge themselves to stay afloat despite the shifting economic tides.
Though there are indicators that one can use to evaluate business, LaWanna will unpackage elements within each of the three phases of the business journey that can help women entrepreneurs to assess their business with strategic lens, embrace the arts of leverage, and stay committed to the vision. As she often states, “When your vision intersects with opportunity, success is inevitable.”
