Oliver has retired from the United States Marine Corps with over 22 years of service. Dr. Oliver earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Psychology from Park University, Master’s degree in Management from Antioch University, Doctor of Humanities from T.I.U.A and earned certifications in Business & Entrepreneurship, Naval Science and Military Leadership. Dr. Oliver is the author of, “The Journey of an Adolescent”, a perspective look on issues of adolescent that are sometimes ignored.

He has over 30 years of successful management and leadership experience with a reputation for meeting the most challenging organizational goals and objectives. He established a flexible curriculum that allowed him to explore and implement concepts and theories about organizational culture, transformation, and individual and group behavior.
